Great Longstone Chase

Great Longstone Chase is in the heart of the Peak District and is a lovely end of summer fell race. The race starts with a gentle climb up onto Longstone Edge and across moorland, then a small woodland back to the village through fields and tracks.
7.7km/4.8miles with a climb of 290m/950feet.
The race is mostly off road with just one section that climbs up Longstone Edge.
Our race has grown in popularity and numbers are limited to 200 runners, with no registration on the day.

Start time: 6.30 p.m. from the Recreation Ground in the middle of the village. Parking is signposted as you enter the village. Please car share as parking is limited.
